My Edinburgh based client are looking to strengthen their internal JD Edwards support team.
The Company is running on the web version of EnterpriseOne 8.0 (Service Pack 22) with a view to upgrading to 8.11 later this year.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
The provision of top quality support to the user base across a broad spectrum of EnterpriseOne functionality and in accordance with already established service level agreements. The documentation of all calls and resultant resolutions using the Assyst database currently used by the Operations Team. Provide excellent Customer Service to our users.
Key Skills Required:
Ideally potential candidates should have the following skills :
A good working knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications (web based experience an advantage) with particular emphasis in the following areas :
General Accounting Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Procurement Foundation Systems (security)
The ability to diagnose problems via use of the Universal Table Browser and suggest solutions thereon
Experience of working in a busy Help Desk environment and thus able to cope under pressure
Good communication skills as expected to deal with all levels within the organisation with varying degrees of JD Edwards experience.
